Emergencies

In case of an emergency, dial one of the following numbers:

  • Ambulance: 104
  • Police: 107,
  • Fire brigade: 105
  • Central Emergency Helpline: 112 - can be dialled from a Hungarian mobile phone from inside the country.

Doctor

The closest and easiest access to an MD is in dormitory “C”, the practice of Dr. Márta Kovács. Her weekly schedule is:
Monday 8-12
Tuesday 12,30-16,30
Wednesday 8-12
Thursday 8-12
Friday 8-12

There are also specialists (surgery, dermatology, ob/gyn, etc.) in the cental part of Gödöllő in Tormay Károly Health Center. 

If you are an EU citizen, you can use your E111 card at every doctor's office (if not private practice). Otherwise you have to pay for healthcare, but you can forward your bills to your insurance company for reimbursement, depending on your private insurance.
