Month of Hungarian Science with international students
On 13 November 2015, the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences of the Szent István University Gödöllő organized a scientific conference with the participation of foreign students studying at the BSc, MSc and PhD courses of the Faculty. Nearly 30 lecturers and students attended the event and could listen to 10 presentations about 11 countries from all over the world. During the conference, the participants could have a virtual travel to Montenegro, Uzbekistan, Japan, Kazakhstan, Gambia, Ghana, Philippines, Nigeria, Egyipt, India and Iran.
The students gave an overview about their countries, including special characteristics, natural, cultural as well as social values. Each of them introduced the major features of the education system of their home countries. At the end of the presentations, they shared their motivation in studying abroad, coming to Hungary and studying at the Faculty.
It was an enjoyable event with a lot of useful information about the different countries.
Thank you for the participation and interesting presentations!
