Social and ethical dimensions of change - international conference

The Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences of the Szent István University, the University of Rzeszów from Poland and the University of Oradea from Romania are organizing a scientific conference in Rzeszów, Poland on 22 May 2015.

The conference primarily focuses on rural development issues, like socio-economic tendencies of rural areas, the catching-up of the countryside, the ethnic minorities in rural communities, especially highlighting the Hungarian, Polish and Romanian specialities. Several lecturers, researchers, PhD and master students of the Faculty are going to participate in the conference with presentations. Some members of the Research group on Roma and social development issues of the Institute of Regional Economics and Rural Development of the Faculty will also present their research findings during the conference.
